Murray Bridge Green Retail Centre

A significant new shopping centre constructed on a challenging sloping site adjacent an existing retail centre. The new centre enabled existing major tenant Coles to obtain space to incorporate a larger Target store, co-located with a new Coles supermarket. The new centre also incorporated additional new specialty retail tenancies and high-quality public spaces and amenities. To take advantage of substantial fall in natural ground level, a double deck carpark for 550 cars was constructed with easy access via travellator and lift. New decorative architectural screening was provided to the carpark to acknowledge the heritage precinct. An upgrade of streetscape (existing road between new and old shopping centre) was also undertaken as part of the project.
