Lot 8 Apartments & Commercial Development

This project comprises a multi-storey office and apartment development on a restrictive city site and incorporates seven levels of commercial floor space with four levels of apartments and rooftop terraces above. The building utilises an expressed steel frame with polished pre-cast and Low E glass infill to create a dynamic design.

Located in the Central Market precinct of Adelaide, the intent was to both reflect and reinforce the cosmopolitan characteristics of this environment by incorporating a variety of functions, including retail, commercial office space and residential within one site.

This project also encompasses strong ESD principles and incorporates Low E double glazing, a chilled beam air conditioning system and on-site water harvesting and re-use.
