Bianco Industries Stage 1

This project involved the consolidation of numerous facilities for the Bianco Group in one central location and included the corporate headquarters for the company, a state-of-the-art structural steel fabrication facility, hire and building products outlets.

The steel fabrication building required an extensive understanding of manufacturing processes and needed to incorporate and coordinate the installation of equipment being sourced from the northern hemisphere.

The design solution is the structure itself. It provides a dramatic contrast between the enormous scale of this facility with sensitively considered and carefully detailed expressed structural elements.

Winner of the Urban Design Institute of Australia award for Masterplanned Commercial, Retail, Industrial Mixed Use development.
