Hendon Warehouse

This award winning project comprised the redevelopment of a series of 1930s warehouses into a dynamic large volume facility to accommodate a new newspaper printing facility for Adelaide. The near derelict state of the existing buildings provided a range of challenges and opportunities.

The outcome featured an eye catching form and large span open space required for this specialised industry. One of the most striking elements of the design was the large wave form roof which provided the building with a visible and dramatic presence.
