Modbury Triangle Retail Centre

The complete redevelopment and extension of an ageing retail centre which was suffering low occupancy rates and activity. The project encompassed complete replacement of the building exterior elevations providing a striking and distinctive centre identity with 24 hour high visibility. External carparking and transport facilities were also completely upgraded. Internally the mall and public spaces, including amenities were also redeveloped with replacement of all fixtures and finishes to provide revitalized high- quality environments for tenants and customers.

All works were designed and implemented to ensure no disruption to existing retail activity. The redeveloped centre now enjoys 100% occupancy and has attracted several new long-term tenants including the Red Cross Blood Service.
