Vero National Call Centre
This commission encompassed the redevelopment of six complete floors of a multi-story commercial building for the various business units of a national insurance group. The new facilities included several national level and one Asia-Pacific zone call centres and associated meeting and support facilities.
The brief emphasised the need to provide a series of work environments that would enable the Client to attract and retain high-calibre staff from across the country.
The resultant design provides both a stimulating and relaxing work environments for staff which includes social and break-out facilities.
Particular attention was also paid to the separation of individual business units and the special requirements of face-to-face interaction with customers in terms of information and physical security.
