Modbury Triangle Shopping Centre

Revitalising community retail: a modern and functional transformation of the Shopping Centre

The shopping centre redevelopment focused on modernising existing buildings while retaining their original form, enhancing both aesthetics and functionality for shoppers and tenants.

Stage 1 included a new façade, a 230m² extension, and a full internal refurbishment of a vacant section to attract new tenants and improve the shopping experience. Updated amenities, including restrooms and common areas, were added for greater comfort.

Stage 2 delivered a complete façade upgrade of the main retail building, 680m² of additional retail space, and a revised layout to improve pedestrian flow and accessibility. Existing tenancies were reconfigured to optimise space and increase variety.

The northern car park was re-graded, and its access point relocated to improve traffic flow and usability. Enhanced landscaping and two illuminated pylon signs boosted the centre’s visual appeal and visibility, especially at night.
