Frome Street Carpark Alpha Apartments / Frome Street Carpark

This is a seven level multi deck car park adjacent to the historically significant Ayers House and East End markets.

The car park forms the podium levels for a luxury apartment development overhead and two car park levels are below ground to minimise the impact and massive scale of the development.

The solution included sensitive interface urban design with Paxons Walk and Vaughan Place and features decorative panels which depict historical images of the precinct.

Red brick was used to reflect the historical materials used in the area.
